The Digital Impact Project is a nonprofit initiative founded by Cary Digital Design to close the digital gap for local nonprofits. We believe that no mission should be held back by outdated technology or inaccessible design. By providing fully funded digital solutions — websites, AI-powered tools, and marketing support — we help nonprofits focus on what matters most: serving their communities.

In November 2025, Cary Digital Design will award the first Digital Impact Grant, providing a local nonprofit with a fully funded website rebuild. This flagship project will be completed in 2026, serving as a proof of concept for the model we believe can transform how nonprofits access digital tools.
Once this initial grant project is complete, the program will formally transition into the Digital Impact Project, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. From that point forward, our mission will expand to assist as many nonprofits each year as funding allows — delivering accessible websites, AI integrations, and digital marketing support to organizations that need it most.
Alongside our grant program, Digital Impact will host public workshops for adults with disabilities to explore and build skills in coding, AI, graphic design, marketing, communications, and more. These workshops are designed not only to help participants better understand the digital tools nonprofits rely on, but also to create workforce development opportunities in the tech and design fields.
By equipping participants with marketable digital skills, the program supports greater independence, inclusion, and access to careers that may have previously felt out of reach. Each workshop is built around accessibility-first learning, ensuring that every participant has the tools and guidance they need to succeed.
